We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tel-Lynx purchase. Try it for 30 days. If it does not perform like we say it does, you may return it for a refund. You must have purchased Tel-Lynx from the Tel-Lynx website. If you purchased Tel-Lynx directly from Amazon, please see Amazon's return policy. Please note that in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price, you must return all parts in original factory condition, with no missing or damaged parts.
Please watch the video on the home page and read the Start Up Guide to ensure that you understand the product before purchasing. nVideon reserves the right to charge return shipping and/or a restocking fee if the unit is returned because you find the Start Up Guide hard to follow or you simply changed your mind, even though the product works as advertised. If you run into any trouble setting up Tel-Lynx, you can contact us for help. Please know that we generally do not provide telephone support.
All returns or exchanges must be processed by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code through our Support page. We cannot accept returns without an RMA.
